    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a server maintenance that caused our normal 96 hour processing period to be extended. We see that your purchases have now been processed.

    I purchased Virginia, Little Nightmares, Another World, and Tacoma on January 2nd and 3rd from my Xbox One but none of my progress is showing when I look at Xbox Live Rewards.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with our source for purchase data that is currently in the process of being resolved. This issue has resulted in us being unable to receive purchase information past January 22nd. Once this issue
    has been resolved and that information begins to flow again, you should see your offer progress appropriately. Since we receive purchases with the date you made the purchase and not when we receive it, there should be no issue with progressing your offer due
    to this delay. Looking over your account, we see that the majority of your purchases were made on the 23rd, so we have not received them yet. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay.

    From the FAQ:

    • Level 1: Think How He Thinks (UNLOCKS LEVEL 2) — Earn 3,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $30 before tax on puzzling digital games like Inside and The Witness, or movies and TV shows like Inception, Being John Malkovich, and Orphan Black from the
      Microsoft Store.
    You must spend at least $30 on eligible content. This can be any combination of items. For example, you could make a single purchase of $30 or two purchases of $15. Also, we do allow for some leeway in your purchasing, so if you are a cent or two short,
    that will still complete the offer. For example, a purchase of $29.99 will complete the offer, or two purchases of $14.99.

    You are registered as a British Rewards member. Therefore, only purchases made in that regional currency are eligible for Rewards. Since your purchases were made in USD, they are not eligible.
