    Haven't seen anything in regards to this, other than the Service Status explaining that there is an issue with purchased content. I was extremely excited to play Apex Legends, as season 4 is out today. I had gotten on at around 2pm this afternoon and started
    to download the 10gb update. About an hour into the download it had only gotten to 8%, then it somehow cancelled itself and I'm not sure if you all know what happens when a game update is cancelled, but it deletes the ENTIRE game off of your console and you've
    got to redownload the whole thing. So it went from 10gb to roughly 50 now. I wouldn't normally have a problem with this as my downloads exceed 200mbps on a bad day, but since about 3:30pm, I'd been downloading the entire Apex legends game. It is now 5:30pm
    and I'm at 21%. This is absolutely horrendous. Even at this point, normally, I still don't have too much of an issue. But I've got friends who have been playing the game since 3pm and they had 0 issues downloading it. One of my friends lives less than a mile
    away from me AND we have the same service provider, yet he's having no trouble downloading or accessing any content whatsoever. What's the deal? Is anyone else having issues? I get that MS is aware of this, but it's been since 8am this morning that the issue
    has been persisting, and it is now 530 and this has gone nowhere.

    Downloading after Downloading

    That is a problem that happens when you try to download GTA V game and the online game packs at the same time. To solve this you should delete the game and clear you console cache three times:

    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    Download only the main game of GTA V and play the game normally for a while. After you can download the game packs.

    Hey there! There is actually an active service alert for downloading games on demand from the marketplace. All you can do is wait for the situation to be resolved.

    yes as long as you are signed into the account that bought it you can re download as many times as you want for free.

    Hi there, the only thing I can think of is did you ever go through your hard drive to see if there was a partial download of the game, possibly with a yellow triangle signalling that it's corrupted?

    Sometimes these corrupted partial downloads can stop it from being re-download successfully the second time. See the link for more information on deleting games from your hard drive:
