    Hi

    I am having this problem on my new Xbox One S.

    I also am having this problem on the original Xbox One which I had in storage and just plugged in.

    The internet connection is wired. All other devices in the household are working fine. I can install many other games and apps on both consoles fine.

    When I try to install Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate and or PES 2017 it reached about 9.69GB and then stops there and alternates between 9.69GB and 9.70GB and never goes beyond.

    On the Xbox One S I reset the console wiping it clean and starting over, and it does the same thing. I have tried WIFI as well. Same thing.

    I have trying DHCP, and static IP. I've unplugged everything, plugged it back in. I have rebooted routers, firewalls etc. Same thing.

    I have called Xbox One support and they were thoroughly undertrained and of no help suggesting I had to return both consoles! RIGHT!

    Please, someone help? I know I'm not the only one as I see many people have posted having encountered this same problem when I search Google.

    Xbox One Won't Install Games

    My games are just stuck at 0% then go Queued then back to "Installing 0%" Anyone else having this problem?

    Day Zero? What a joke...

    Mine wont even install. It just bounces between installing and queued every few minutes. No progress at all for 20 minutes.

    Day Zero Edition: you have ZERO chances of playing the game if you did the digital download.

    @F0RD1E Again, this isn't slow download speeds for me...i think you need to re-read my post. I'm stuck in an endless loop of it getting to anywhere between 1% and 5%, then stopping, then showing Install ready, then queued, then repeating over and over again...please
    explain to me how that behavior is speed related? Speed related would be it just sitting stuck at 5% and then an hour later bumping to 6%, not resetting it's own status to install ready, then queued, then back at 0%.

    I just bought the bundle for Xbox One, and same issue. I can install the game completely offline, as soon as I go to play Re-Elected connected to the internet, it says a "2.0 kb" download is required. Then, after I clicked yes, it goes to the dashboard and
    begins downloading a 2.6 Gb file. But, then it gets stuck at 99% and keeps flipping between queued and instlalling. I've done this about four times, tried the power off on trick, everything in the book. Help, please?

    When I try to install the game it goes back and forth between "queued" and "installing" then stops and gives me error code, "0x80073cf2"
