Downloads stop at 0%, but claim to be finished?

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums!

This sounds like it might be either be with the console itself or the profile.
I would suggest trying
a
Soft
Factory Reset if this still keeps happening where the games instantly say they are installed.



Generally when that happens, it could be the operating system is having some technical difficulties.



Side Note:
It is
very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing
it from the console.

To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to
Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;
in middle column at the top it will say "show on home"
if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.

Just tried that, sadly its still doing the same thing. I've tried it on more than one game, too, and I have plenty of storage.

No, but I have tried downloading it via the hotspot on my phone with no change. How would I clear the mac address?

have you tried removing your profile from the system? then putting back on sometimes that helps fix broken/ corrupted games
