Downloads sit as "Queued" and do not Install

Noticed this as I opted in for the "current" update of the dashboard. All updates and game downloads refuse to install.

I would go to the App itself, but of course it needs a 15mb update....which it won't download. I can't report an issue because, again...it won't update.

Is there a way to revert back to the "normal" dashboard, or better yet access the app so I can manually change it?

Is there a troubleshoot for this Queue problem?

Xbox One games and apps stuck on "Queued".

Hello, I am in desperate need of help. For days now, after hard restarting, and factory restoring, certain games and apps will be stuck on "Queued" no matter how many times I select Install now, or cancel. At first they will say "Installing..." Before
returning to "Queued". I am out of options, can someone please tell me how to fix. Thanks, -Cosmos.

Skype is stuck "queued" for download

I am trying to download and install Skype and it's stuck as queued. It won't download at all. I tried unplugging the Xbox to clear it, but it's still just sitting at queued. Any thoughts?

Also, I have a new physical copy of Forza 6 which won't download. I put the disc in the tray, and instead of installing, it sends me to the marketplace to download the digital version

Don't feel bad - I have the physical disk and it wont install. Just sits at installing for a while and goes back to queued, over and over.

I guess I'm just absolutely forced to sit in the never ending "Queued/Installing" loop until they finally fix this problem.

@F0RD1E Again, this isn't slow download speeds for me...i think you need to re-read my post. I'm stuck in an endless loop of it getting to anywhere between 1% and 5%, then stopping, then showing Install ready, then queued, then repeating over and over again...please
explain to me how that behavior is speed related? Speed related would be it just sitting stuck at 5% and then an hour later bumping to 6%, not resetting it's own status to install ready, then queued, then back at 0%.
