Downloads Seem to Start and Stop

I keep having constant issues downloading games on my Xbox 360. The downloads seem to start and stop at completely random times. I put a game on to download before bed last night and I assumed it was finished so I turned off the console in the morning before
work. Now I just turned it back on and the same game is nowhere near done. It is not that big and it should have taken maybe an 1 or so and it seemed to not move at all. My internet is working perfectly fine on all other devices with very good speed. However,
the Xbox 360 downloads constantly start and stop and when they are going they are going at 1/10th of the speed of my connection.

stop start stop stay stopped download?

So I have been trying to get Battlefront 2 installed and all that happens is that the download stops after about 30 seconds. I've been at this for 6 hours since getting home from work thinking I may get a chance to have a look in at the game before bed.
Alas I see that there are some issues at the moment, but game installation and Battlefront itself is not mentioned, and I have tried the varied recommended ways of turning it off and on again to no avail. I have also cleared space and checked my connection
itself and am at wits end.

Anyone have any different fixes?

Downloading Tera

I've tried to download Tera 3 times and each time the download seems to stop at 440.80 mb. I've uninstalled it each time and tried reinstalling it but once the download reaches 440.80 mb it seems to just stop and be stuck there for a long time.

I can't seem to download anything at all. I have five things in my queue and nothing is downloading. It worked just fine until Tuesday night, then everything stopped. Can't manually start the download either.

Actually I think the download stops if you start doing anything else that requires the internet, like playing multiplayer online or using Netflix. Seems to be my experience anyway.

Resolved! Go to Downloads History (on the console) and start downloading it. The download will take HOURS if you are outside the US (or whichever country you purchased your Xbox from). It may seem like its stopped, but give it an hour and you'll see +1%
progress.

I decided to try and reset again and it seemed to have worked for only a little while. The game downloaded at half of my usual download speed until it reached “ready to start” and once it did it gave me an “installation stopped"
