    Downloads on 360 not working


    Hi when I'm downloading a compatibility pack for call of duty advanced warfare on my 360 it keeps saying download complete then it pops up saying installing again it's a continuous loop and it won't stop. Can someone help is xbox live down? Can some help
    me please Downloads on 360 not working :)

    It seems to be working now. Just takes for ever to download anything even though my internet is full strength. I didn't need to do anything, it just started working.

    Sorry to hear you're both having troubles, you could try clearing the cache first to see if that solves the problem. The link below gives you a guide:

    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    Try that first, if you still have no joy then let us know.

    I had the same problem, my work around was booting up my 360 and downloading it from there. As soon as it started downloading, it appeared on my XB1 ready for downloading. I then downloaded as normal. Of course, if you haven't got a 360 this ain't gonna
    work.

    I'm having the exact same issue. It only recently started when trying to download Dishonored. I tried Dark Souls as well to make sure it wasn't just one game. It happened with both.
