Downloads not working

Xbox one x isn’t downloading anything. Keeps stopping and won’t start. Restarting the console works sometimes but not anymore. Friend is experiencing same problem with a different internet company. Tried everything modem related and even factory reset my
console

What is your physical live in region?

Download not working

This is the first time a download has not worked for me abd it only for 1 game DW7

Weapon Rank pack 1

Stage pack 2

Costume pack 3



Those 3 will not download i get to 99% and it tells me "can't download" I've tryed what is in the fourms but it did not help I dont know why this is happening because i've downloaded the other content just fine.

 

Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
