    So lets start my first problem

    when i got my xbox one, the controller didn't have a headphone jack so i had purchased a kinect. About 4 months later it started to act up it was randomly turning itself off and i would have to unplug it and plug it back in. I contacted Microsoft and they
    ended up saying that they couldn't do anything. I guess it was a software problem because most of it is fixed now. Advance quite a bit later i got this wonderful game that makes all my life problems seem small compared to this. 1st game save corrupted after
    about a month of playing it. So i moved on. 2nd game save broke at the beginning so i moved on to the 3rd. Most of the mechanic's (workshop, quests etc.) Was janky, i delt with this for 2 months and again it corrupted due to a mod, i believe it was a main
    menu music theme replacer. After that i couldn't use it online without it freezing after you click "press any button to start". So i looked on the forms page and i was told to clear my local saved data from the game. This ended up causing me to run into another
    problem, Xbox couldn't fully sync my data (i tried very hard to fix this), so i deleted the game save from the cloud. Once i started a new game, i went to the mods page and another problem came from this, the mods wont download. I gave up on fallout. Some
    weeks later i was downloading around 40 something games and apps and xbox had an update, so i took it. When my xbox started the queue was completely gone (every restart or xbox update clears the queue for some reason). Some of my games freeze while downloading
    and they will not continue for anything. I have to cancel them and start the download from the beginning again but other games (not affected by bug) will download perfectly fine. Few quick more things my controller randomly looses signal even though its not
    far enough for that. Sometimes my menu slows down to like a 7 second delay (sometimes it used to just black screen [side note if i was in a party i could keep talking but no menus worked]).

    Also my "pause all" button doesn't work when downloading things.

    And yes for all of these i have restarted my xbox for

    Hi Jay,

    Thank you for coming to the forums, I'd be happy to help.

    It does seem that your console is experiencing a lot of performance issues. First I do recommend unplugging your network hardware (router/gateway/modem) for at least 5 minutes to restart the network. Then, go ahead and do a

    hard reset and power cycle     to your Xbox. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then
    re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

    If this does not help, you will need to do a
    soft factory reset    . Make sure you have your account logins and WIFI password ready since you will need to re-add your account's during the reset and re-connect to your network.

    Let us know if either the hard reset/powercycle or the soft factory reset helps.

    After I soft reset my console still have issues with:

    Kinect: I believe its worse now. It does the same things as last time (turns off randomly and if im lucky it turns back on for a minute) and now sometimes when its "broken" and I turn my xbox off, the light on it turns on and wont turn off unless I unplug
    it (I waited for the light to turn off for 2hrs) only thing that works consistently is the IR blaster built into it

    As for Fallout 4: 50% broken... It uhh kinda lets mods download but with a bit of convincing (not important)

    The game is known to freeze randomly:

    1. save often.

    2. Use your own save files - not the automatic one.

    3. You can also clear the system cache.
