Downloads for gears of war not loaded

hi. We need assistance please. On November 25, 2016 I purchased on Microsoft.com the Xbox one with gears of war ultimate edition. I gave this to my boyfriend for Christmas. We put in the code and downloaded. as it completed part It only gave him gears
of war one. So he played it. after he completed the game we thought the others would download but it never did. So we have called Xbox support several times and they keep telling us that the downloads will come through just be patient but nothing has happened. tonight
we called and the lady told us we needed to get hold of someone in the form to get this corrected again. We purchased xbox one gears of wat ultimate edition and only have the first game and need the other four games that go with it. My boyfriend is gettin
very upset as he wanted to play gears of war 4 at Christmas time and has yet to play cause it hasn't downloaded yet. Please help. Thanks

Bought a bundled Xbox one s with Gears of War 4

Bought a Bundled Xbox one s & Gears of War 4 from Best Buy on October 21, 2016.

Loaded the Gears of War 4 October 22, 2016 - I have not gotten notice nor received the download codes for the Xbox 360 Gears of War collection that was included in the bundled system/game.

Will they be coming via notifications or some other fashion?

Codes fine but 1st edition keeps loading last editions gameplay

Bought the Xbox one gears of war ultimate edition bundle, received the codes which have worked fine, now have gears of war, gears of war 2, gears of war 3, gears of war judgement and gears of war ultimate edition.

Originally started playing the ultimate edition before receiving our codes.

Today have tried to play the first, 360 edition, of gears of war and the original menu etc for that game is loaded but when selecting to play campaign the gameplay for ultimate edition is loaded not the gameplay for the original version edition - can't work
out why it is doing this

 

Gears of war Ultimate Edition is just a remastered version of the first Gears of War game. There was a promotion to receive codes for the other Gears game is you purchased and played the game before December 31, 2015. In order to play the other games now,
you would need to purchase them.
