    can someone please explain to me why I'm paying fees for Xbox live when I'm spending just as much time downloading and updating games as I am playing, this is BS, this should be at least half price or free since we spend half as much time doing this

    i know the app. is a free download on the xbox 360. other than a gold 12-month subs. are there any other fees at all? which apps. have fees?

    Also it doesn't even work right more times than it should !

    Can't even connect to xbox live right now. It is clearly not right that we pay this price for such a broken service !

    Microsoft needs to get it's marbles together
