Downloads disappear from queue

Have nearly same issue - having added lots of games for download(from game pass ultimate, so that I can try them out one day when I have time), sometimes they just disappear from the queue(no they have NOT been downloaded(if they had its not to be called
disappear, thats would be called normal regular behaviour).

Other times they disappear from they queue, showing AS IF they had been downloaded, only they are not. It shows as if its downloaded and startable - then when you click a particular game it wants you to search for it, and if you're lucky, you can re-add
it(choose install again), and unlucky, you have to "uninstall its skeleton", and then re-add it - one should see how this is extremely annoying, if one had added hundreds of games for download (and please, please do not come and say "oh, you should only ever
add 1 game at a time, because thats what I ever done, and can't imagine anyone else ever doing anything else than myself" - using only 1 game at a time defeats the queue'ing system, and does not solve the problem of downloads disappearing from the queue after
a shutdown - except its easier to remember only one game.

- the download queue should be manageable - you SHOULD be able to move a game up or down the list, without having to resort to calculating exactly how you would like the queue, and then in reverse order choose "install now".

- number of simultaneous downloads should be able to be changed by the user.

- download and upload speed taken by the up/downloader should be able to be changed by the user.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I have split your post into its own thread in order to help you out directly. Are you using an external hard drive for your games & apps? Are you a part of the preview program?

It would also, help us out to know all the troubleshooting steps you have attempted so far. Let us know these details, and we will try our best to resolve this issue.

If you manage to download it then its in your download queue that doesn't disappear

You said yourself you cannot queue it

.if you cannot and are asked to pay for it them you are trying to qeueue it from the marketplace as stated they turned off the flag

You must queue it from your download queue

Seeing as you domt have it on your transaction history then you mever queued it

I'm trying to download from the Microsoft store but each time I start the download it just dissappears from the queue but all the Resource packs. And for the trouble shooting I have restarted my xbox, changed the wifi, unplugged it then plugged it back in and every time I go to attempt the download it starts to work the afew minutes later the game disappeared from the queue and doesn't appear in my downloaded games.

This method worked for me, but it can take some time for the download to disappear from the queue.

Step 2: Cancel the download

"On the Home screen, scroll to the right and open My games & apps.

Select Queue.

Highlight the game you’re trying to install.

Press the Menu button on the controller.

Select Cancel."

Transferred licenses. Restarted. Tried adding to queue on xbox.com. Says it was added but did not show up. Tried on console download history. Download page pops up momentarily but then disappears. No change.
