    - Do you have any external storage units plugged into your console?

    - Could you tell me exactly what you tried so far?

    I'm afraid that is not a lot of information to go on, SushiMane.

    Have you already tried all of these?

    - Power cycling your console.

    - Removing all external storage units and installing the game directly on your console's internal storage.

    - Switching networks.

    - Changing DNS settings.

    - Clearing locally saved data.

    - Doing a soft factory reset (keeping games and apps).

    - Doing a complete factory reset of your device (removing everything).
