Downloads constantly stopping, forcing me to uninstall or cancel download.

For several weeks now I have been having a problem with my Xbox One, where it will be downloading updates or games just fine, only to randomly stop. It won't progress for days until I finally give up and uninstall/cancel the download (by the way, having
so the only way to cancel a update for an already downloaded game, is to completely uninstall it, is a load of BS). And since this happens regardless if its an update or an install, trying to re-install a 50GB+ game because of a glitched 6GB update, only
to have the re-install glitch, over and over again has pushed me to the breaking point. So is there anyway to fix this, or is it time to completely give up on it?

Updating

so my Xbox one is updating an app. But for the past 3 days has been stuck on 0%, connection is good. I'm unable to pause, cancel, uninstall or get anything to jump the download que. Any ideas?

 

Cancelling Updates

So why does the xbox just uninstall games when I cancel the update? It's really inconvenient because I would rather play it offline instead of having to download it offline or take a while to update it online.

 

I'm now officially down to 4 playable games (out of 26), all other games I have had to uninstall thanks to this bug (which is most likely do to half a**ed coding, because this problem didn't happen until a few title updates ago) or have updates that I'm
too afraid to start. Since I have been playing the same boring 4 games for almost a month now, I have decided to move on from Xbox, I'll check back every now and then to see if the problem is fixed, but until then I'm just going to mindlessly watch TV or maybe
even work an extra shift. I have been with Xbox since the original and have given, probably, thousands of dollars to the company, and have been through some major bugs and glitches that made me want to put down the controller and walk away. But I never did
and stuck with Microsoft and Xbox regardless. So way to go Microsoft for further alienating your consumers, hell you could have at least had that stupid AI moderator give me a bunch of useless info on calling customer support or something.
