Ive tried downloading many puzzles and in the past they didn't download now after several months of not playing I download a puzzle a you took the coins nut the puzzle didn't download and it freezes up everything id like the coins back and you fix the problem

not receiving items you have paid for

the issue is not with the game download itself

I bought coins to use within the game, purchased content and it has taken my coins but not given me the characters I had bought

What about getting Microsoft Jigsaw working? For weeks I have not been able to download any puzzles. My coins are accepted but no download.

yeah after you get the coins for the month there is a theme prize. says downloading nothing happens.

Hi All - is this where I come to post about how downloading puzzles doesn't work, but yet taking my earned coins for the download does? And also to read about how everyone else has this issue? And to find that there is nothing done about it even when you
try all the suggestions that are given? That's pretty much all I see here, so now can anyone direct me to someone who can actually solve the issue?

1. I have check the balance and yes there are 5$ in my account.

2. I have reinstalling the game and it doesn't work and how do I buy the coins via xbox website I have take a look but there is nothing there
