Downloads are not Finishing.

My problem is that a game I purchased is not finishing its download. I just bought GTA V and it was purchased successfully, but the download will only move by a few percent in a very long period of time, and then the download just stops.

I first tried deleting the partial save, deleted the system cache, restarted the system, asked it to download again through download history, but it still does not finish the download.

Second, I tried to download other things so that i can force GTA V to download on a different part of the HD, but nothing will download any faster than GTA V. I even tried deleting previously downloaded games, but that is not working either. These problems
only started when i purchased GTA V; before that i have never had any problems downloading quickly and successfully. The downloads are incredibly slow and eventually just stop. Please help me to figure this out.

Downloadable content for Games on Demand Fable 3.

That "might" explain the Traitor's Keep instant finishing with its download, but not the other pieces of content.

I got this code to download Forza Horizon and it won't download

When you say it won't download, can you be more specific.

Does the code not say its valid when you redeem it? You are able to redeem the code but the game it self won't install? Is the install staring but not finishing?

As stated before not all content is region locked but triple a titles will most likely be

From the sounds of it if you are queuing from the website to get the content therefore bypassijng the filter it won't always work

For the best 100% solution your account region has to match your actual region

And since refundsa don't always happen its highly recommended

Also it a a terms of use violation to use any method yo reroute access to content you aren't supposed to havr

I bought the game through the Xbox 360 not from the website, that's really strange, usually when i try to buy something from the console and is IP blocked it says "this is not available to your region" and like i said this time i was able to pay and make
the purchase, i didn't use VPN or any other form to bypass the system.

Downloads are not Finishing.
