    Downloads are broken.


    I have been having some problems with downloading updates and games. So I start the download after confirming I want to install/update.

    It starts for a brief moment and then stops. I have been experiencing this problem for 3 days prior to posting this question. I have done a power cycle and a factory reset and a hard reset. Nothing works.

    Sometimes the thing says that the installation stopped and I resume it and the same thing happens again. How do I fix this issue

    it looks like this is a very common problem, i recommend you to try downloading using a wired conection
