Downloading Xbox One profile back to Xbox 360 and getting error code

I'm trying to download my profile onto my old Xbox 360 to play some old games and I can download it, but once I try to sign in, it asks for my Security info and I give it. Then I'm stuck on a loading screen asking if I want to remember my password or not.
After about 5 minutes of loading, I get error code 80072741, I looked into it and I tested my connection it just says my NAT type is moderate. I can connect to Xbox Live though, any help?

You see the following error code and message when you try to download your Xbox Live profile:

Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later.

Status code 8007045D

This means that an error occurred during the download.

do i sign in or download the profile when i try to download it i get an error code

I'm sorry to hear this is happening. We'll be glad to assist you further with this, I do have a question I would like to clarify. Since you're attempting to play this game on the Xbox One and it's asking you to sign in to your 360 profile, do you attempt
to download a complete different profile from the one you're signed in to the Xbox one? Reason I ask this is a common thing that happens when It prompts to have you download the profile on what appears to be the '360 dashboard' on the Xbox one you just need
to re-download the profile you have/ are signed in on the Xbox One.

Now, if you're trying to sign in and it is the same account for Xbox one and the 360 and it's prompting you this error code then this troubleshooting article may help further

here are some different things you should try that might fix the problem you are having.

Delete any partial/corrupt/incomplete downloads.
Clear the system cache 3-5 times. if you don't know how to do so go here.
try to do a factory reset of your Xbox 360's network settings.
troubleshoot your Xbox 360 network connection speed. https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/Hardware-Network/connect-network/xbox-360-connection-speed
if none of these help you reformat your hard drive.

Try hard resetting your console, you can do this by holding the power button on your console for about 10 seconds until it turns off! if the issue persists, i would recommend contacting xbox support, either through here with the support chat or on twitter!
