downloading wrong version of the game

when i put in my code. it said on the xbox site that i got the digital deluxe version. but, i got the standard version. i bought the limited collectors edition.

I Wonder How Big A 4K Digital Game Download Will Be On The Scorpio?

Just like some games on PC have the option to download a Hi-Res version of the game, the Xbox One will probably have this same option.

I foresee many people downloading the wrong version of the game thinking the best (Hi-Res) version will work on their Day One Edition console and then bashing Microsoft because it doesn't.

Currency does not work on the webmarketplace for 360 fyi

Also it should be noted it keeps you from downloading the wrong versions of the content as most games with gold 360 games is region locked

Just use the manage game feature and see if there are any extra DLC installed or waiting to be installed

Unfortunately, users on the Xbox One version of the game can't play with those on the Xbox Series S/X version. Since games can't be exchanged and FIFA 23 doesn't have an upgrade option, your best option would be to request a refund for your purchase and get the Series S/X version instead.

I don't think there is an Upgrade option so your only choice is to try and refund the game and then purchase the correct version...however, if you have played the game significantly (more than a few hours), then the refund request would likely be turned down.
