    Downloading the Games with Gold for the Xbox 360 on an Xbox One X.


    Hello,

    I am an owner of an xbox one x with an active Xbox Live Gold subscription.

    When I am in the Xbox marketplace(on the Xbox), I can see the games available for the 360, but can't download them even if they are backwards compatible...

    I want to download them and so, need help.

    The Xbox 360 games with Gold are yours for good (even if you're not subscribed).

    Xbox One/Series X GWG titles need a submission. So as long you've still got Gold or Game Pass Ultimate you can download them again.

    X box Live Gold membership gave me free Games with Gold every month: two on Xbox One and two on Xbox 360. which I downloaded to my console.But all games i downloaded during my subscription are not playable right now and asking for renew subscription

    Yes but first you need to go to
    www.xbox.com/.../games-with-gold     and select “Download From Xbox Store” and then “Download To Xbox 360”. This will register the game to your account which will then show up on the ready to install list one your Xbox One.

    If you do get an Xbox Live Gold membership for your Xbox 360 don't forget each month to redeem the Games WIth Gold games for both the Xbox 360 and Xbox One, this way if you do purchase an Xbox One at a later stage as long as you still have an active Gold
    subscription the Xbox One games will be available for you to download and play in addition to the Xbox 360 games.
