Downloading the game using the app

I have purchased the Gamepass on 5th of this month and played Halo. And I pretty much enjoyed the game. Hence, I wanted download other game during last weekend, but could not. I do not know the reason but when I tried to download new game, the app automatically
guide me to purchase Gamepass, which I have already did!!! So, I have checked Settings of the app to see subscription part and found a message saying that an error has occurred, therefore can not identify my subscription. However, when I have checked my
purchase information in my Microsoft account, I could see that I have Gamepass activating. I could not do anything as it was weekend and NO OTHER MESSAGE was informed to me solution on such incident.

I have contacted contact center of Microsoft this afternoon and asked what is going, and heard that the problem is already fixed, so I can download games. So, I glad to hear that and asked what about 2 days I have missed, which is asking for compensation.
The agent plainly explained "Well, you could have download the games in other part of Microsoft Home Page, therefore I can not compensate you nothing"

I could not find any solution to this problem in the App or could not talk to any one on the problem. So, I must be dumb to hear such response from the agent. I could not hear any word saying 'Sorry' or 'Apology' on the problem, but just go head play the
game and no compensation at all.

Is this how Microsoft train your agent to respond to customers? Treating customers like 'well, you guys are dumb, you should figure out the solution on your own~~ ha ha ha'. If not, I urge to train and teach your agents some manner. I am writing this in
Korea and last name of agent was Mr.Bae. I was a head of contact center with thousand agents few years ago, and I have trained agents not in such way. If I would find one respond in such manner, I would fire the agent right away. Please do be aware of effect
of viral strategy & marketing.
