Downloading the Fifa 17 bundle on Xbox one

having bought my son an Xbox one to replace his Xbox 360 , I purchased the bundle pack with downloadable Fifa 17 . I started the download at 10 am on Christmas Day , and it is now half past 10 pm....... (12 and a half hours later) , and the game is 17 percent
downloaded !!!!!

What a joke , why can't these bundles contain a games disc , so within 2 minutes the game can be played , rather than what looks like at least 24 hours after Christmas Day!!

Thanks Xbox for ruining my sons Christmas . So much for loyalty

No digital code in xbox one s bundle.

I purchased a Xbox one s bundle and everything come with it apart from the Fifa 17 digital download.

sorry to hear that the same thing happened to my friend, call xbox support (they tend to help 99 percent of the time) they might send you a **** copy of the game so your son can play.

Exactly the same issue here with fifa 17 pre order. Still says i own it even though i cancelled it 2 months ago. Hope i dont have any issues redeeming my fifa 17 code that comes with the xbox ons S bundle i have purchased.

Hello, I have the same issues as ZxXxJonesxXxZ.

I redeemed the code (part of a fifa 17 / Xbox one S bundle), game does not show up. It is also not in my purchasing history, but I cannot redeem it again.

I downloaded the demo version first, then after I redeemed the code, I also redeemed my EA Access code to play the Early Access (trial) version of Fifa 17.

But the game I bought is nowhere to find...

Where did you purchase your Xbox One console bundle? Per the EA Support page on

what is included in your FIFA 17 edition, the code should have been provided by the retailer. If you did not get the code, you'll want to go back and speak with them as we are unable to provide replacement codes.

FIFA bundled with European xbox day ones are download codes , or at least the UK ones are. The forza 5 bundle with xbox day ones are physical disks.
