    Downloading shadow of the tomb raider


    Can any one help.....I downloaded shadow of the tomb raider, when I go to play the game it says that I am to early and to check the store for the release date. I know that the game was released in September....Any ideas?????

    Sorry to hear it. This is a known issue that is usually limited to the game included with the Xbox One bundle. It is being worked on and will hopefully be back up and running soon. Please be patient and try again a little later.

    My tomb raider wasn't working too but my wus the original tomb raider i deleted it was just stole space and it just crashed when i just lauch it wut heck tomb raider

    Hi Guys,

    This is/was a known issue with new console bundles that come with
    Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

    The codes are redeemable, but it wasn't applying the license saying that it was not going to activate until January of 2019. This is something that has been worked on internally.

    We believe this to be resolved
    already so our customers should be able to play their game already if the code has already been redeemed.

    Yes thanks, all sorted now. I e-mailed Square Enex and they told me the same thing. Got home last night and all working. And I was not disappointed.
