Downloading roblox in UK

I asked earlier and got no definitive answer so asking in xbox one discussions page my son wants roblox and you can only download it if you change your settings region us apparently alot of people have done this and my son really wants this but some say
you can get banned for doing this does anybody have any idea if it is something you can be banned for

My son is also desperate for it and a lit of his friends have downloaded it without any problems however you can get banned so personally I don't think its worth the risk , better just to wait for it to be released here

it is a bannable offense, it can be seen as market place theft if you changed region to get the game for free and also most of your current dlc's may not work due to changing region.

Yes it is a bannable offence,as Farscape said,it would be classed as marketplace theft & could also mean you may lose access to other digital items you have bought
