Downloading roblox in the uk

Hi there was wondering if I changed my region to USA and downloaded roblox as my son wants this game really bad could he be banned from xbox live for doing this have heard loads of people have done this but don't want him to get banned and no doubt he would
want me to get it to play with him any advice would be appreciated

Yes it is a bannable offence,as Farscape said,it would be classed as marketplace theft & could also mean you may lose access to other digital items you have bought

I asked earlier and got no definitive answer so asking in xbox one discussions page my son wants roblox and you can only download it if you change your settings region us apparently alot of people have done this and my son really wants this but some say
you can get banned for doing this does anybody have any idea if it is something you can be banned for

 

No he won't be banned. I have downloaded it. The only thing you can't do is buy coins. But other than that your fine

 

My son is also desperate for it and a lit of his friends have downloaded it without any problems however you can get banned so personally I don't think its worth the risk , better just to wait for it to be released here

It is a bannable offence.

Changing your region to get a game that isn't available in your own region is classed as marketplace theft.

When or if it will get a U.K,. release is anyones guess.

 

I would personally not risk it

 

Someone better go and tell Stallion83 that he is breaking the T&C's. Cos I have seen him stream all sorts of games.

 

He's been suspended before so no reason why he won't be again.
