downloading puzzles

Why aren't the new puzzles beeing downloaded when you asked for it?

There is enough credit, my systems tells me i'm alloud to download them but nothing is happening.

I cannot play daily puzzles also cannot download purchased puzzles it just says downloading!! WHY?

 

Downloading puzzles

I had the same problem. My solution was to Log off gametag and then uninstall the app, and reinstall Again. After that all your Collection is not there , but there are avalible to download Again (free), in that way you allso get the oppotunity to clean up
in alle the puzzles that allready have been made.

Hope you all get same results as I had.

 

I'm having the same issue: NO puzzle downloading and I have 'paid' for MANY - nearly all of the packs and have the Premium account. So what is the FIX for this issue??

 

Me too! I have purchased two sets of puzzles now and it says it is downloading, but nothing happens. I have tried over and over again for the last two days.

Same for me. I ran the troubleshooter on Store apps, reset the app, uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. Ran Ccleaner to clear the temp files, ran the cleaners registry cleaner. Installed the latest win 10 update, rebooted 3 times. Nothing has worked
yet. Says it's DL ing but it does not progress at all. I would like very much to DL all my puzzles.

 

Ok, since we've gotten no response from this forum, I went looking for a solution to the downloading puzzle problems. It's probably in your privacy settings.

I found this solution in another support forum.

1. Close Microsoft Jigsaw. 2. Go to settings. 3. Click on Privacy. 4. Click on Background Apps. 5. Turn on " Let apps run in the background, if it's off. 6. Scroll down to Microsoft Jigsaw and set it to "On"

Now open Microsoft Jigsaw again and try to down load your puzzles again. If it doesn't work, restart your PC. Mine started working right after the restart. Good Luck.

This did not work for me.
