Discus and support Downloading puzzles in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have tried to purchase puzzles with the coins I earn, but when I select the puzzles it subtracts my coins, but the puzzle won't download.     I have tried to purchase puzzles with the coins I earn, but when I select the puzzles it subtracts my coins, but the puzzle won't download. Any suggestions?

    cant load puzzles

    I cannot play daily puzzles also cannot download purchased puzzles it just says downloading!! WHY?

    Ok, since we've gotten no response from this forum, I went looking for a solution to the downloading puzzle problems. It's probably in your privacy settings.

    I found this solution in another support forum.

    1. Close Microsoft Jigsaw. 2. Go to settings. 3. Click on Privacy. 4. Click on Background Apps. 5. Turn on " Let apps run in the background, if it's off. 6. Scroll down to Microsoft Jigsaw and set it to "On"

    Now open Microsoft Jigsaw again and try to down load your puzzles again. If it doesn't work, restart your PC. Mine started working right after the restart. Good Luck.

    I am having the same issue and have been having the issue for quite some time. Didn't realize it until I went to complete a new puzzle the other day and discovered I had no new ones to complete!

    Downloading puzzles

    I had the same problem. My solution was to Log off gametag and then uninstall the app, and reinstall Again. After that all your Collection is not there , but there are avalible to download Again (free), in that way you allso get the oppotunity to clean up
    in alle the puzzles that allready have been made.

    Hope you all get same results as I had.

    Will not download new puzzle pks.

    I have been purchasing new puzzles for a while even though it deducts 'gold bars' it will not complete the download. It will download the free puzzles .

    Thought maybe uninstalling and reinstalling might help. Nope. Now, the puzzles I did have are gone and will also not download.

    Also, just noticed that the Daily Challenges are not downloading either.

    A real pity as I was really enjoying this puzzle game.

    I can only hope that someone is looking at our concerns.

    I had the problem of the puzzles not downloading and the program freezing. Xbox support had me uninstall and reinstall the program. I was concerned that I would lose all points and data, but I did not. This worked for
    me.
