    I had just reset my xbox and I wanted to download my Microsoft account That I use when I play minecraft with the bros on my PS4, but I found my old xbox360 and I got it working and I factory reset the whole thing, when I download my account it pops up
    with a “sorry there was a problem with you credentials that you’re using to sign in. Go to account.live.com to fix the problem error: 801540A9” and I already went there for help and it said the error code was because of some family account and i needed to
    un link it but it was never linked to a family account and it said to go to my Microsoft account and unlink it in the security section on xbox.com under my profile that wasn’t even there then i tried addid 2 step verrification so i could get an app password
    and it still comes up with the same error “problem with the crafentials”, then I tried to download another account of mine that I made a while ago when I was a kid and it worked, but then it said that I had to get Xbox life for it, which confused me because
    I though it was free, I’m still trouble shooting but some help would be nice ���� thanks

    I'm not sure if this is related, but now when I attempt to download my profile I am prompted with a message that states "Sorry, XBL profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later" Error Code: 801540A9.
