downloading priced games, game add-ons etc from xbox marketplace (xbox360) NOT POSSIBLE AT ALL

for some strange reason I have a problem with downloading anything in general that costs money on the xbox live marketplace. the thing is I called xbox support and even they couldn't find the problem. my card has money on it(plenty) my account isn't banned
and I can play on xbox live, I have all credit card info up to date and everything as well and on top of that my account still wont let me download anything but I still have live billing all set up. I cant even put an xbox live membership code in my xbox either
or any code without it saying please try again later, something went wrong. im getting very frustrated with this and not sure what to do. I even downloaded my friends profile onto my xbox, used his card and account to download it, and it STILL gave me the
same message!! idk what the **** is wrong with xbox live with credit cards/debit cards but its irritating and Idk what to do or why the heck its doing it. does anybody have any explanations? I cant even purchase anything on the computer from xbox.com to download
to the console. the cards are all visa so idk if that matters but it gives me the option to use visa on there and everything so I doubt that's whats wrong. theres nothing I can figure that wouldn't allow me to purchase (or even my friend) anything. the only
thing it could be would be the marketplace being wacked out but its been like this for me for over a month. HELP!

its being reported to load game and at start screen go to add ons and then marketplace.........many people are reporting to be downloading it right now!

Marketplace featured channel for addons?

Hi!

Not realy sure where the ask this so ill just ask it here.

When i enter Xbox marketplace on my Xbox360, i got a "channel" named

"Add-ons for your games(Get more play from your games)"

When i enter it nothings there but another "Channel" called "What are game add-ons" and up in the right corner there is a text saying

"Check out your customized channel based on the games you play"

Now im guessing this should show all the games i have played on my Xbox360 and will make it easier finding all "DLC's" and stuff for the games.

Now my question is: Where do i find this customized channel? or am i completly wrong about the wholy thing? or how do i use this feature?

Seems every week the Corporate side of our live connections, for whatever reason, has a glitch of some kind or another. Xbox, nor CS will admit this, but I've experienced it more in recent weeks than at any time prier.

yea customer service tried to help me with everything, redownloading profile, deleting my credit card and putting it again, deleting system catche. but it cant be my xbox tho because its doing it on my computer to as in I cant even buy anything on there.
not sure what else to try but wait another few days and see if the issue resolves itself I guess

I can download free stuff like demos and even the free 2 weekly games that they offer. soo im like wtf

you mean from the browser? nothing can be downloaded to the 360 from the browser, the only thing you can download to the 360 is stuff from the marketplace (videos, games, add on content for games etc).

After seeing advertising to get it for $10 I finally got a Xbox one today but the download is full price

The game stays as full price when you click buy now (£54.99)

Why the crazy price anyway, you can buy it new on ebay for £37.87, the marketplace is only a download no overheads (a shop, disk, postage etc) so should be cheaper.

Goto the Game Marketplace, Add-Ons, Passes and Hubs, Game Hubs, and download the Kinect Fun Labs hub. Once downloaded, this hub will show up under My Games and all of the Kinect Fun Labs apps (Kinect Sparkler, Battle Stuff, Mutation Station, etc.) can be
accessed through it.

You don't need to add a creditcard, just billing information, home address etc...

Did you download the content from the in game menu or the game marketplace? If you download from the marketplace you generally get better results.Try downloading again from the marketplace-it should be free.Sometimes when you download add-ons in the game
menus it will abort the download and not restart on its own.Thats why you want to download from the marketplace because all active downloads finish automatically when your system is not busy.Also you might want to see if the developer has a Facebook page and
message them about the issue.
