Downloading movies

I know this isnt the first time this has been asked. Why is it still not possible to download movies that people pay full price for just like your console and the games you support with it.This option should have been implemented on day one if it wasnt.
On top of payin for xbox live gold we pay out more than any other system and still dont that simple courtesy i stuck with xbox since the original please do something about it keep the power with your loyal supporters.when can we expect an update?

Delete and redownload. If you paid for it you shouldn't be charged again. I know that's how it works with games.

i downloaded a movie n it got stopped how do i get it back all the options say to delete it but i payed for it n havent watched it

I believe if you link your Microsoft account to a Movies Anywhere account you can download and watch films offline.
