    How come we can not claim our Xbox one games anymore from our Xbox 360?

    Use to be we could click on the title and claim them each month. I logged into my online account to see my games and notices that many xbox one games have not been added to my download history

    It is not the first question about this, and there are several solution to this problem:

    for me I just need to go ‘buy’ (if you prefer, redeem) the game on the website, so using a phone, a pc or anything else. Just search for the game on the microsoft store, log in, and you should see thst it is free for you. After that, you can easily install
    it on your console

    For someone else is the contrary: someone is able to redeem the game on console but not using the website.

    Aren't they charging a monthly fee to play anyway? Seems like they would want to give the main game download away for free to get people stuck in their monthly pay web. I'm starting to think MS needs to be on an episode of American Greed.

    live gold is the subscription, its just the one that lets you play online

    and then you get discounts on games and monthly free games to download
