    Downloading Microsoft Jigsaw


    I tried to download the new Germany and Breakfast Collections paying with gold bricks but so far neither have downloaded even though I paid. Please rectify this problem

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    Tried this. Didn't work. Any other suggestions for the same problem? Microsoft Jigsaw was already turned on in my apps. I turned it off, then back on & still didn't help.

    I'm having a similar problem but I can't download anything. I left my PC on for 3 days and the progress bar hasn't moved.

    I've searched for a solution but it must be on the server end. I'll keep trying but something tells me it could be a very long time if even at all.

    For me, it downloads, I play, I complete the game. But the, before I get the rewards, it disappears. There were some complex instructions about how to fix but I'm not going to bother. It isn't this pc, it's also bad on my laptop. That is, not me but
