i am trying to download jedi academy gane with gold but get the message sating my account is unable to make this purchase on xbox.com while im purchasing it on my xbox iv done everything other posts said have payment details and have purchased orignal
xbox games before with no trouble but wont work now

make sure your gold account is still valid, and you have a valid credit card on file. if both fail, try the mobile app or on the xbox itself.
