Downloading issue in Mainland China

Xbox One has not been usable for nearly 3 weeks in Mainland China.

Games and updates downloading has been very slow, always "installation stopped", could finish download a 1G game patch after 2 weeks.

Moreover, openning games, apps, or even network settings often failed, showing messages like "xxx takes too long to start ...".

I know Mainland China often has many network issues, but it has never been so intolerable. In the mean time, PS4 has been working just fine in China.

I also know China, even the whole East Asia, is a very small market for Xbox One. I even don't have a channel to contact support for Xbox in Chinese language. We Chinese Xbox players don't deserve this.

Please notice and fix the issues of Xbox One in Mainland China.

first id check at what your download speed is at. that will be the first things to check for you end.

not all options may show all contact options if you dont see the chat option then try choosing a differnt issue.

Thank you for reaching out. We understand you have been experiencing some download issues over the past 3 weeks. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try running a network test on your console by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.

On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
Test multiplayer connection.

You may encounter an error message upon completion; for this follow the corresponding troubleshooting on our

Multiplayer Error Solution page. Be sure to let us know of any additional issues you may encounter or any relevant information you may have. Cheers

The multiplayer connection testing result is "it's all good".

I am not a noob, and i checked and tried all xbox guides. This issue must be from xbox's downloading/updating servers in Mainland China. Many other users in local forums have the same issue. The downloading issue happened sometimes, but it never lasted this
long.

Moreover, there is a new issue, maybe it's related to the network issue or maybe not, just a new bug of the OS. Starting games, apps or even settings often failed with the error message "For some reason xxx took too long to start. (0x8027025a)"

It's very frustrating using xbox one in Mainland China. I am nearly to give up.

No one in Microsoft cares about xbox players in Mainland China?

We all have the same issues:

1) Downloading and updating (games, DLCs, patches, etc.) is very slow, always "installation stopped". A 1~2G patch cannot finish downloading for more than 2 weeks.

2) While something is downloading or trying to download, games, apps, or even settings cannot be opened because "has taken too long to start" error. Even pausing, resuming or cancelling the downloadings takes like forever to respond.

3) If all the downloadings are cancelled, that means the games which are trying to download or update are all been deleted (why is that, Microsoft?), games, apps and settings can be opened normally.

I am very angry and frustrating. Microsoft.
