    Downloading isn't only problem... Microsoft Support is the problem


    I completed several collections, but now nothing will download. It appears MANY others are having the same problem, but I'm not seeing any action by Microsoft isn't addressing OR fixing the issues. Why is that?????

    Anyone experiencing disc error?

    i would recommend contacting microsoft/xbox support and enquire your problem there.

    I've come back from minecraft support they said "Unfortunately, our support is unable to recover, locate, or assist with unlinking Microsoft accounts" and They dont have access to them either. Then proceeded to send me a link to microsoft support. Which I've already tried and as I said microsoft sent me to Sony and Sony sent me back. So if it isn't minecrafts problem or Sony's problem and last time I contacted microsoft they said it isn't there problem. Who's problem is it anyway?

    Star Wars: KOTOR (on demand Xbox classic game) won't download to my 360...

    I'm having the same problem, downloads fine to the One, but corrupts to the 360. So clearly internet isn't the problem, get on it Microsoft! I paid for this game and I want to play it!

    What did 2/9/12 update fix?

    I downloaded it, and now I can't load my saved game. I have it on my hard drive, but the game isn't able to see that I have a game to load, the only option is start a new game, or look at the credits. Xbox support was unable to fix the problem, Bethesda
    games said I am not the only one with that problem and once fixed I will get an email, only I have no idea how long that will be. So if you haven't downloaded it DON'T!
