Discus and support Downloading is too slow now. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; While my Xbox one and mobile device and PC work perfectly fine... my 360 downloads as slow as 3g on mobile. for a 2.2 gig file it took and hour while...     Downloading is too slow now.


    While my Xbox one and mobile device and PC work perfectly fine... my 360 downloads as slow as 3g on mobile. for a 2.2 gig file it took and hour while on my xbox one a 15 gig download took 30 minutes.

    ive set up port forwarding ect... ive played around with 360's network settings and reset em all. it just seems odd. it never was slow like this before. even title updates are slow.

    yes i have tried the troubleshooting steps in this forum. anything else i can do?! thanks!

    I don't know how to help you on this but i have problems too since downloading new update.. My machine is now incredibly slow and cannot connect to XBOX LIVE anymore

    Edit: I kept downloading cod for awhile then started at halo again and now it seems to be downloading. still pretty slow, but downloading.

    Hey there, RealFnCool! I'm very sorry to see any connection issues! I hope that I've got the answers you are looking for!

    If you have multiple consoles connected to your router, you will want to make sure that you do not have port forwarding set up. To ensure you have a device that supports multiple consoles, could you please post up your router and modem information? This
    way we can ensure there are no known issues with the device you are using.

    Once we have that, I can get you the appropriate steps to set up UPnP on your router, and hopefully get you fully sorted out! Downloading is too slow now. :)

    It was a very slow download for me in the US too. Maybe because of the size and how many people are downloading it at one time.
