Downloading/Installing a game problem

So I redeemed a code in the shop for Halo : Master chief collection and started downloading it... everythign seemed to go fine until it got to 49%, then it just stopped. I can't abort it, can't start any other download can't do anything on the xbox
really.

Anyone got any ideas how to fix this? Or is it just me that's abit to stupid I feel like i've tried about everything that I can.

Error code 0x8b050033 when starting a game

I had the same problem but when I tried to reinstall the game everything installs without a problem except for elite dangerous core which just stop installing without downloading

Xbox vibrating when downloading a game

When you say downloading a game, do you mean installing from a disc or downloading from Xbox Live? If installing from disc, then there is a some vibration from the the spin of the disc when the game is installing.

Hey there Knasisten,

I'm sorry to hear about the install issue. Let's try out some troubleshooting steps to see if we can get things sorted out for ya.

If you're able to, cancel the download within your Xbox One's queue.

Power Cycle your Xbox One console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.

Once your console is completely off, unplug the console from the power source and give it a few minutes.

Turn the console back on and re-add your Gamertag/profile to the console and sign in.

Try the download again.

If these steps above don't do the trick, please post back and let us know. Thanks in advance!

At this point I would personally suggest to restore the console to factory settings, that may not be the most convenient solution, but it has proven to fix a lot of issues

If you’re trying to install an Xbox One game from a disc and the installation process stops at or near 0%, this could be happening if your console is trying to download an update for the game while the game is installing. If you're trying to download

It’s a problem with downloading/installing the game, not with playing the game. If the game is already installed or downloaded, you won’t have any problems.

Since the issue is only two days old and theres no official word on it, I can only assume this is the issue
