    Downloading Halo: Master Chief Collection


    Dear Microsoft

    Ever since Halo 2 came to Halo the master chief collection, I have not been able to download/install the game. I need some help as I am always getting the error code: 0x803FB107

    It starts to download but then comes up with an error.

    I have enough space, other apps on Microsoft Store can install on my laptop, I have a good internet connection, is there any areas I am missing?

    The error codes I get include:

    0x803FB107 for install of Halo the master chief collection

    0x80073D12 for all the other games including Halo Reach, Halo 1 and Halo 2

    Hi, the version of odst you purchased, was it the xbox one version for Halo the Master chief collection or the Xbox 360 version of the game? If it was the Master Chief collection version, then you need the master chief Collection installed on your Xbox
    One to be able to download the game.

    Halo Reach is not on the Master Chief Collection disc, only the Halo CE, 2, 3 & 4 are. If you want to play Halo reach, then you can purchase the dlc for the Master Chief Collection or download the Backward Compatible version.
