    when I download GTA 5 it goes to 100% then says "if you have the disc insert it now or sign it to the account that purchase the game" ps i have tried to reinstall 4 times

    Hi Samers,

    this sounds like a license issue. There are couple of things for you a try - first try restarting your console then seeing if the game will run. If that doesn't work try signing out of your profile then signing back in - this can help refresh licenses for
    digital content.

    If neither of those work then you will need to have a quick chat with support by clicking
    here to make sure there is nothing wrong on their end.
