    I live in the country and dont have abundant internet,what I want to know is,do I have to put my games on my hard drive in order to play. I prefer to only load my patches that make my 360 games work on my Xbox One X. And whatever updates are needed to
    play my new games. I dont mind taking a couple of minutes to change games. Hey,Im 68 yrs old,I need to get get up and change the disc. Played my first video game in 1968 been playing ever since. Also should I reset my console,Ive a lot of trouble,one game
    that I downloaded and had been playing for a week was deleted by my xbox,dont know what happened to it,and for that reason I wondered about starting over from day one. Thank you.

    Hi there, the only thing I can think of is did you ever go through your hard drive to see if there was a partial download of the game, possibly with a yellow triangle signalling that it's corrupted?

    Sometimes these corrupted partial downloads can stop it from being re-download successfully the second time. See the link for more information on deleting games from your hard drive:

    Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

    Thanks for the response, but they are not showing up in my Ready to Install. They are also not in my account. Might be because they are old (they are for my original Xbox One, which was about 3 years old....)
