Downloading games with Xbox Game Pass - Windows 11 ARM

I have a 2020 Mac Mini with the M1 ARM chip. I am using Parallels Desktop to run a copy of Windows 11 for ARM. I am trying to download Undertale through Xbox Game Pass, which works on my PC. However, the download is consistently stopping at 49.1 MB and giving the error code 0x00000001.

The game size is about 125 MB, but it shows 49.1 MB and 4% completion during the installation (see screenshots).

I have tried to reset the whole system and followed the instructions here with no success: Error 0x8007139F or 0x00000001 occurs when you try to install, update, or launch a game on a Windows 10 device | Xbox Support

That was set as an example, meaning that not all games have the same requirements, there's some information about this here

I managed to install Windows 10 ARM version following this YouTube video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9MLGL0f4gS4

Then after Windows 10 install, I've only added the Xbox Game Pass app.

First, Xbox app seems to be working even worse than on the Windows 11 ARM system (I had errors while trying to get connected which I did not have on Windows 11 OS).

But after a successful connexion, I found out that the 0x00000001 error code Xbox App download issue is still there. So it seems linked to ARM OS versions (tried with Doom 64 game).

This has absolutely nothing to do with Apple. I'm using a Surface Pro X.

This has nothing to do with the emulation capability. I have plenty of Steam games that run just as they would on a similar class thin and light intel/AMD device, in fact a few run better than the i5 SP5 I previously had. The problem here is with the installation process using the Xbox app/gaming services which is fundamentally broken at the system level with no workaround. Games won't install without gaming services but it doesn't work and just having it installed will render the main microsoft store unable to check for updates and that can only be fixed by removing it via powershell. I know the web UI is there for cloud gaming but not for remote play so what is supposed to be the ideal type of device for mobile gaming has the worst UX. This has been a documented problem for months that's been straight up ignored in every feedback channel it's been brought up in on both the windows and xbox side of things.

The problem is still similar however. You’re trying to use an emulator to run x64 code, which is trying to access API in a certain way. Most of what I said still goes, because you’re not running native code

What games specifically are you having issues with? Give me a breakdown of exactly what happens from the time you click it
