Downloading games through xbox app on pc

    Downloading games through xbox app on pc


    I recently finished downloading Fallout 3 and started the download of the master chief collection. I had to pause the download and my pc went to sleep. When i came back, the MCC was no longer in the queue and now when i try to start the download, it says it has 60MB left and flickers until it says queued for download. I feel like i need to delete whats already been downloaded and just start over but i cant access any of the files. Please help.

    Have you downloaded the new Xbox app (not the companion app)? You should be able to download them through their instead of through the Microsoft Store app. If you haven't installed it, you should be able to get it from here by clicking "Get Started" - https://www.xbox.com/xbox-game-pass/pc-games

    Xbox gamepass ultimate won't give me the option to install games on my PC. Is that intended?

    Make sure the games you're trying to download are available for the PC through Game Pass and/or Play Anywhere. Not all of the same games will work on both.

    Also try downloading through Xbox (beta) app. If you haven't downloaded it, you can download it at https://www.xbox.com/xbox-game-pass/pc-games?xr=shellnav
