    My games aren't downloading. I have tried YouTube for an explanation and to try and fix the problem but none of the suggestions have worked. It's a game pass game and the battlefield 2042 beta. other games won't download aswell. I have enough storage. Please can someone help cheers

    Hi, it's saying installation stopped and mentioning something about Xbox live connection stoping but when I check I'm still connected. it's getting a bit frustrating now because the downloads are stopping and starting and then going back down to 0%. Thanks.

    Thank you for the clarification!

    Would you please try to preform a Soft Factory Rest to your console as it will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data that can cause this issue without deleting your games or apps. Just make sure to select Reset and keep my games & apps. Also, While doing this, restart your network hardware/ router as well.

    To Reset your console, Select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

    Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

    Hi Jakeyfletchy, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    If I may ask, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? If yes, can you please unplug the external hard drive then perform a powercycle before trying to install any games? Make sure to keep the external hard drive unplugged.
