    Its been like this for 2 days now. I've looked everywhere to find a solution and I can't. As you can see it installed one of the games but I cant click on it or play it. It doesn't even show up in my installed games. I also cant delete games either. I really hope someone can help me with this before I have to reset my xbox for the 2nd time this month.

    Please post the following troubleshooting info

    Game :

    Xbox 360 game?

    Account region

    Actual region

    Console region

    Language region (if xbox one or higher)

    Console

    Whois report

    And speedtest report

    (Picture pls)

    Connection type (cable , dsl fibre etc etc )

    Isp

    Keep in mjnd account regjon can be checked at account.microsoft.com

    If more then one region is listed go by the default

    If you migrated recently

    Try installing the games offline.

    After that try installing only the updates online (automatically)
