Downloading games gives me error 0x8007045d and stops installations

I have reset my xbox to factory settings multiple times and restarted my modem and even had my internet company come out to check my internet I have even went to other places to see if it was my internet my I keep getting error code 0x8007045d every time
I try and download anything. any idea what to do

I have no problem with my profile I can get on my xbox live just fine but if I have to update a game it will start to do so and stop 5 seconds into it or if I try to download a game from online. I can download a game from a disc just fine.

It could be problem with cache.

Try this:

Shut down the console full, unplug the power cable for 5-10 minutes.

plugin the power cable and start the console. Try download again.

Unfortunately it could be a problem with HDD also, and you can get error 8007045D on console starting.

If you get it, try first step or if you Xbox on guaranty yet, you know that you need.

No its internal and nothing inhave done will fix it so we are just going to give it back to best buy to trade for another console

Thanks for reaching out to the forums for advice on how to hopefully get your console to start installing thing the way it should. I can totally understand how this could be dampen your gaming experience. I suggest trying the steps outlined in our support
article entitled Troubleshoot game or app installation problems on Xbox One if you haven't already.
