Downloading games and add ons and getting free games and it just loads all the time

We'll my problem is that is my xbox dose it load and load when I want to buy and game when I click on it Iv tried everything Iv even got in contact with Microsoft and there nothing no one can do I'm hope someone can help me and when I say xbox use code
I can only use it if has that scan bar code thing so if I want to get more xbox love it wont let me so I won't be able to use my xbox

its being reported to load game and at start screen go to add ons and then marketplace.........many people are reporting to be downloading it right now!

When am I going to be able to use the Add-ons, which I spent hundreds of dollars on? Not to mention the games. If anyone gets anything please respond. TY

 

Try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug everything and let it sit for 5 minutes.
