    Downloading game! Please help!


    I just got my xbox one and dead rising 3. It was taking hours to download and it is still on 90%. It let me begin to play the game but every time I hit the pause button or hit the snap button or even the achievement button to see which one i unlocked it
    freezes. What should I do? I am considering on doing a factory restore and trying to download it again?

    Trouble downloading Sanctum 2

    Same issue have no problems downloading any other game please help

    cannot download game

    I bought the game code was ok but before i started downloading I was disconnected from internet now my password is invalid and game is not downloading please help

    Downloading game! Please help!

    Try holding the power button for 10 seconds until the console shuts down. See if things work again after it restarts.

    I think it maybe possible your HDD is not working correctly. Is your system still under warranty???

    Does it show up in your memory at all? If it does, you might want to try deleting, clearing the cache and redownloading it.
