    There was a problem dwnloading game data for Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Error code 106_103_100. The error repeats while was trying to open the Fall Harvest Collection.

    Daily Challenges not downloading

    Yes, it happens with all my games. The consistent error message I get when trying to access Daily Challenges is:

    There was a problem downloading Daily Challenge data. Please refer to error code: 002000

    I am having the same error. I even uninstalled my game app and reinstalled it, and still have same problem. Also my game keeps lagging and freezing while trying to move cards, or draw a card

    [tag:microsoftsupport] would be nice if Microsoft posted a reply of some kind here!!!!!! 1st post was 8 days ago...... they could at least say they are looking into it

    just got this error today. tried all the recommended actions including uninstall and install. not fixed. don't know what else to do. not play I guess. I'm glad I've haven't paid for this!

    I have this problem as well. Have uninstalled and reinstalled app without success. Have up to date Windows 10 Pro.

    Like UnbarringLake8, I also have an issue of the screen freezing when moving cards. It appears to happen after playing at least five games in Star Club in one session This appears to be associated with high CPU from process "Service Host: Remote Process
    Call (2)". While this can temporally solved by restarting the computer, that is only until the next five games has been played. Looks to be a process resource issue when running this app.

    still no fix or replies or anything......typical. Would love to know what these clowns are actually getting paid for because they certainly are not big on customer satisfaction.

    Well me too. There is no support from MS on this. Time to drop the MS Solitaire game. You would think that they would reply to this somewhere.
