Downloading free game that comes with xbox one name your game bundle.

We have recently purchased an Xbox 1 name your game bundle. We have followed the directions on showing how to download the game. The instructions included going to the website, xbox.com/name-your-game, and type in the info needed,
including email, date of birth, and redemption code. After typing in the info above, we pressed continue to the next page to choose the game we wanted. After choosing the game, it said the action could not be completed. We then closed out of the page and retried
submitting the info on a different device. It then said the code had already been used and the action could not be completed. We called Xbox support and they were unable to diagnose the problem and directed me to this page.

I'm having a problem getting my game from "name your game" bundle and I haven't gotten my code for Rare Replay

I just want the code for my Rare Replay that was suppose to come with "Name your game" bundle for Xbox one

You'll need to give us more information. Was this the Name Your Game bundle or a different bundle that was supposed to come with a game?
