Downloading FIFA from a redeemed code

Can anyone help, just bought Xbox 1 for my Son and downloaded the FIFA 16 game using the redeem code process. In Games and Apps it says it has finished the download but when entering the game it is only running the demo and has a box saying Installation
in Progress 52% complete. I cannot click on it and cannot see how to make the download complete.

How to Redeem a Code on Xbox One - QR Code or 25 Character Code

Hey guys! Okay, so you need to figure out how to redeem codes on the Xbox One? Well, there are a few ways of doing this.

1.

Login to Xbox.com (top right hand side)

In the top bar, mouse over Xbox Live Gold

You'll see 'Redeem Code' in the drop down list

Click 'Redeem' and enter your 25 digit code!

If your code is a game or DLC, it will automatically start downloading once you login to your Xbox, unless you have your Xbox in standby, which will allow it to download right away!

From the main page of the Xbox One dashboard, scroll to the right to the 'Games' section and select that section -or- If your Kinect is connected, say "Xbox, Use a Code"

If you have a QR code (that square looking code thing), you can hold it up to your Kinect to redeem it.

If you have a 25 digit code, in the lower left of the screen, you have the option to "enter the 25-character code." Click that and enter your code. Confirm your code and you're all set!

Your item will automatically download. Enjoy!

20 extra songs download code

Stoopid question, but with everyone now having NXE, the instructions on the back of the manual are out of date, so where on earth do i go to redeem the code as i can no longer find an option called 'redeem code' will it work if i just select any song to download and then enter the code there? or is there an option within RB2 to redeem the code(not seen on if there is)

If you're still having this issue, this is actually a feature for Xbox One. You can start playing most games before the download completed with limited capabilities while the game is still installing. This is so you can get to playing your games faster
then ever! Keep in mind that running apps./games may slow down the download though.

Hello, I have the same issues as ZxXxJonesxXxZ.

I redeemed the code (part of a fifa 17 / Xbox one S bundle), game does not show up. It is also not in my purchasing history, but I cannot redeem it again.

I downloaded the demo version first, then after I redeemed the code, I also redeemed my EA Access code to play the Early Access (trial) version of Fifa 17.

But the game I bought is nowhere to find...

If it includes games the will be on a redeemable code card in the box. You should be able to redeem the code and download any bundled games. My console came with Fifa, it was the 5 x 5 code on a card I entered manually because the kinect wouldn't read the
Tag.
